OUR EXCELLENT SERVICE CONTRACT
Gourmet Coffee Solutions offers an excellent service contract which provides that a trained and certified GCS technician will return your call within two hours and will do a site visit within twenty four hours if necessary. The HLF machine has an on-board computer and the LED on the front of the machine communicates with the computer and always tells us the problem. We can usually fix the problem over the phone within minutes. If a site visit becomes necessary and your Super Automatic Espresso Machine cannot be fixed on site, then a replacement machine will be installed until the client's machine is returned from the shop as good as new.
